Very long. Maybe 3 months long. Had an in-person interview on campus and then was told to interview virtually my recording my responses and submitting it. I thought it was awful because you could not showcase your personality to its potential or make a relationship with your interviewer.

Mostly situational questions about how to handle employees, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
The interview lasted around 20 minutes and the woman who I was interviewed by was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The questions were relatively straight forward and she asked me about 5 or 6 questions and then described the program to me in detail.

Completed the video interview for the A2L Program. I was supposed to receive Aramark’s final decision regarding my status in the program within 4 weeks. I have not heard anything back and it has been 2 months .

I interviewed with their campus recruiting team after meeting with them at a job fair. The interview was very easy to set up and was very non-commital. The interview was held the day after job fair and then there was about a three month waiting period to find out if I was actually going to be offered a position in the program.
