I worked at the CSU East Bay campus. Interviews were held in the dining hall across from the dorms. It was a simple interview process, I applied online and was called in September before the school quarter started. There were many applicants but after a quick 5 minute interview I was told I got the job. I was handed paperwork to fill out after the interview. I turned them in before I left.

Group interview style, in person. A lot of people showed up but about half were hired. Standing out through answers was the best way in. That’s my best recommendation for anyone looking to be hired.

I received all kinds of confirmation emails and texts about my interview, and the interviewer did not show up for my meeting. I tried to reach out to the recruiter, Aramark help center, and even the location I applied. No response at all whatsoever.
