Be prepared to role play and have several interviews. Mostly done through zoom or Microsoft teams. Research the company so you’re prepared to role play a scenario. The scenario is your calling to schedule an appointment and point out some value benefits of using uniforms and restroom management.

Tell me about a time you had a challenging customer. Role playing as of you were already employed with the company
There were a total of three interviews in the process. One with the recruiting team, then the sales manager, then the General Manager. The interviews were pretty straightfoward. Be prepared for both behavioral and situational questions.

It felt like my time was not valued and taken advantage of with the first interview lasting over an hour and a half.
The decision is ultimately left to the group VP who does not even conduct an interview.

pretty casual to begin with manager was very helpful answering lots of questions telling me about the company etc. trying to see if we were a good fit not super formal
