Interviews are somewhat informal--I wore a tie to mine and was severely over-dressed. Come casual (button-down shirt and khakis) be prepared to answer questions about previous experience, how you handle conflict and what you can offer the organization.

It was short and he didn’t ask me many questions. I guess because they were hiring really bad. The interviewer was really cool but he left a week after hiring me. That was interesting

Very straightforward didn’t mention commission at interview but job was pretty easy work long hours customers were the best part of the job tricks were old and beat up but it’s all good
Informative , relaxed, sounds like a good company to work for. Still debating whether or not to accept. Three people did the interview, they like to hire military. I felt very comfortable. Still trying to decide.
