The interview & hiring process was very unorganized much like the company is. Was given a start date with the job offer. I gave a 2 week resignation notice due to accepting job offer. Start date was pushed back twice due to HR failing to complete background checks in a timely manner. I went a week without pay due to this carelessness.

Phone interview and an in person interview with the Human Resource Director and the Senior Human Resource Manager. The phone interview was brief and the in person interview lasted around a half hour.
