Offered a Job Same Day. Questions Were asked pertaining to B2B Sales. I.e. Experience with CRM (SalesForce), Territory Management, Metrics, Prospecting Difficulties, Sales Strategy, Sales Development Skills, Etc.

There were a total of three interviews in the process. One with the recruiting team, then the sales manager, then the General Manager. The interviews were pretty straightfoward. Be prepared for both behavioral and situational questions.

It felt like my time was not valued and taken advantage of with the first interview lasting over an hour and a half.
The decision is ultimately left to the group VP who does not even conduct an interview.

pretty casual to begin with manager was very helpful answering lots of questions telling me about the company etc. trying to see if we were a good fit not super formal
