First round is a video interview with two members of the AI research team - mainly they try to get to know and ask you some questions about your research. Second round is on site 3-4 hours in which you are interviewed by the rest of the team in small groups. Combination of technical ML/programming questions (usually related to your background) and again discussing your research.
