I recently completed the interview process and I can say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I was initially contacted by the recruiter who then kept in contact with me by calls and emails throughout the process. I felt she was honest and really encouraging. She provided clear expectations about who I would be meeting with and the timeframe. As well as guided my through the offer process.
Each interviewer asked questions to understand my sales ability and cultural fit. The conversations felt more like collaborative discussions than high-pressure interrogations, which made me feel comfortable.
What stood out most was the transparency and authenticity of everyone I spoke with. It’s clear the company prioritizes a great candidate experience and takes its seriously.
Even if I hadn’t received an offer, I would still walk away with a positive impression. I highly recommend applying to Aqua if you’re looking for an company that treats people with professionalism and care.

The interview process was challenging, but luckily revealed I wouldn't work for Aqua. Nobody had read my resume before the interview and glanced over it as they sat down. One old disgraceful woman made rude remarks about a small work gap in my resume, and I didn't find the environment friendly.
They didn't ask me one question about the position only because they weren't prepared.
I had to fill in the entire interview with my questions about the position because they didn't have any.
It was very easy to determine I didn't want to join the company.

Not clearly state compensation package in beginning , and keeps adding more session in the course of interview. tedious, time consuming interview and reject people due to nonsense reason + non professional rejection, after over 8 round of interview and after did many reference checks !
