I scheduled the interview using their process and the recruiter contacted me a few days after and had to move the interview time. Once I got on the phone they asked about my background in tech and my ability to collaborate with people. Overall standard interview questions but also very vague and didn't give much of an understanding of the role. After which, the recruiter informed me that they want to give me a 2nd interview and to inform them of my availability. I immediately informed them and I never heard back. I followed up with the recruiter about a week later, but I didn't even get a response. Then 3 weeks later, I got an automated email informing me that the position had been "filled or cancelled." How a company does one thing is how they do everything, so by being given the run around and ignored, I would not recommend giving this company a shot.
