My interview process with Aptean was a well-structured and positive experience. It began with a call from the HR team regarding an open position, followed by an initial technical round focused on core concepts and writing code snippets. Next was a discussion with the Project Manager, then a second face-to-face technical round that delved deeper into my skills. This was followed by a short HR round to ensure alignment with the company's values and policies, and finally, a discussion with the VP. As part of the process, I was also asked to complete a situation-based test on Mettl. Each round was thoughtfully conducted, and the team made the experience smooth and encouraging throughout.

I interviewed for the role of a .NET Developer, and there were four rounds, including an online test. 1st round - Technical round 2nd round - Managerial round 3rd round - Online test 4th round - HR round

First round was Written test which is the aptitude test followed by group discussion and at last the manager interview. All the three rounds were simply and easy to crack.
