Recruiter reached out initially over LinkedIn and we had a phone screening to discuss the company, role, and other details. This was followed by three other interviews (SDR Manager, VP Sales, CEO) before an offer was made. All interviews had pretty standard questions and the team was great at answering all of my questions. They were very transparent with how the company operates and what the outlook for the future is, which I really appreciated.
