Very pleasant. First interview was with direct manager and another analyst. They vetted me technically (nothing too hard, just the basics). Then another with a VP and team leader. They vetted my soft skills (also very basic). Both interviews were genuinely so pleasant. Quick and painless! Exactly enough time and questions to understand if I’m a good fit, didn’t waste any time at all!
