The interview process started with a scheduled phone call to screen to see if I was an acceptable candidate. The person I spoke to was very friendly and considerate, and asked questions about my experience and what I would do in certain situations. At the end of the call, she told me that she would be in touch with me to see if they wanted to bring me in for an in-person interview within the week. She reached out to me later that week and scheduled the interview.
For my in-person interview, I talked to her in person as well as a senior manager and two partners all separately for about a total of 2 to 3 hour. They were all extremely welcoming and easy going. They asked me questions about my resume and experience, and they also told me about Aprio’s great culture, the work that I would be expected to do, and the opportunities that they provide for their employees.
When the interview was over, they told me they would be in touch with me and to reach out if I had any questions. I ended up receiving an offer and happily accepted it.
