The recruiter could work on being more kind. Also there was no follow up from recruiter, even after me reaching out on my end and nobody had a clear understanding of what they wanted out of the role. Everyone expressed wanting different things ofcouse making the interview process more confusing. They even added an extra interview out of the blue. The company recruitment process is clearly broken for sure. Hopefully the candidate you did hire for this role can help you do better.
