I had an interview with HR. He seemed professional, and was nice and respectful. I don't recall if he told me about the process and what it is. After a few days, I got a typical template email saying I will not continue. So far - normal. Suprisingly, 1 day after I see a post on LinkedIn from a diff HR of theirs, self-parising how they highly respect candidates and always call to give feedback if you didn't pass, and don't just send emails, because candidates are people... wow! I was shocked. I've interviewed there more than once and always got only an email. Needless to say, I've prepared for each of those interviews for a very long time, it is expected from PMs to do that. You can do better AF.
