I had one phone interview and one on-site interview with the same Manager
Interview was personal and concerned basically on how you think rather then coding itself. The interviewer said that it is most important to him and technology can be learnt on the way. Then with dis honest decision I failed because lack of technology knowledge even that other parts of the interview were perfect.

you are at the post office and there is no digital equipment to determine the line order. so you need to order the queue by asking the existing guys what they remember and who was before them at the queue. with this info, you need to set as much as accurate queue as you can
