The recruiter reached out to me to offer a chance to join their process. I wasn’t initially interested, but the company’s policies seemed intriguing, so I decided to check it out. The position also looked really interesting. I completed a technical task, then had an interview with the HR Director, and later with the whole team. Overall, the process took almost a month. I didn’t get an offer in the end, but I really want to highlight that the recruiter was the most supportive person I’ve ever met during a process - she was cheerful, encouraging, and always helpful. The whole team was kind, professional, and supportive. The office looked amazing, and the company’s policies are quite unique and very aligned with my personal values. Even though I didn’t get the offer, I’m definitely open to the possibility of collaborating with this company in the future.
