HR person conducted a phone interview and said she would send me some personality tests and that I needed to submit that plus writing samples. Then I would be contacted by the hiring department. I was never contacted again. So either they did not like my personality test score or my writing. I am not a fan of places using such tests as there is not much concrete data on them, but it is what it is.
