Was contacted promptly by the hiring manager who was very flexible in scheduling an on site interview. In person interview turned out to be a group/panel interview with 8 different managers. Questions were primarily based on information contained on my resume. Interview ended with a tour of the facility.

Got a call from the recruiter who took copious notes and asked way too many technical questions than necessary. Later, I was selected for a panel video interview. The interviewer's names were kept a secret (this is very weird) and they did not tell me who I was interviewing. During the panel interview, a bunch of people sat in the conference room and joined the video call through their conference room TV screen. None of them gave an introduction - they just said their names and informed me that they cannot talk about what they do - this was a major red flag. They also did not disclose what they were looking for. Very unprofessional, not organized and they think interviews are a one-way interrogation.
