Hi Guys, I'm writing this review after 1 month, I am an techie with 10 yrs of work experience. AMAT contract HR called me up on 1st week of Feb & said my profile have been shortlisted and asked about my current CTC, Expected, reason for change etc..Then fixed up an interview. Self presented myself 15 mins before the specified time and had my tech interview .Interview started on time & the panel consist of 3 tech team and the questions were more about my current role, profile and the projects I handled and more and more about the projects . Over all the interview went 2 hrs approx and at the end they told my profile is complete and it just suits their requirement . They questioned if they pass my profile to the next round will I join or not .The reason being I'm with associated with single company for the last 10 years since my graduation and have assured them with my reasons. Then after 2 days the same HR called me up and congratulated for getting shortlisted for the 2nd tech round with Managers and scheduled the date on Friday. Later got rescheduled due to unavailability of managers on the said date and postpone the dates to Monday evening @19:00. I readily accepted and on Monday due to sudden client visit @ my office I couldn't able to attend and this was intimated to the HR by Morning .He said that's fine we can understand just write us an mail we will revert back . Hiring manager have responded to my mail immediately stating ok for rescheduling and Exactly the next day HR have called me and asked for my dates I said 12/02 or 13/02 and he checked up with panel team and confirmed me the date of 16/02 @ 16:00 and readily accepted it again . And reached well before scheduled time and had the 2nd round with 2 managers. Basically it was again technical questions most of them are related with my resume & projects handled. Like 1st round this was also very much interactive & thoroughly enjoyed it & the interview went pretty close to 2+ hours & at the end Managers have told me if i get shortlisted for next level their HR will contact me shortly & as expected HR called me up in 2 days & fixed up for the final round with Director & main HR round @ 1530 which will be final on 21/02/18 & received the mail on the same & this time to my surprise no one was kept in cc like hiring manager or the main HR. I didn't took it seriously cause i know my performance and as scheduled this time also reached well before the time. Met the director as scheduled he was really cool guy, made me really comfortable asked about my passion, where i wanted to be in 10 years, what is my expectations @ AMAT. I explained some tech stuff and inline to that he re-confirmed to me that shouldn't be a problem he can ensure that and i have shared some of my findings about AMAT through Glass door with him, of course discussed only on the positive reviews all put together it was normal chit chat session & discussion went on for 10~15 mins then we both thanked each other & signed off. Later i called up on the HR & informed Director round have been completed & he asked me to come to different floor. Met him & later he told me that the main HR sits @ different building and the interview will take 15~20 mins & we both started walking towards that building. Upon reaching the next building our HR received an SMS & later he told me main HR got engaged in an urgent meeting so we can have this on tele-conf by tomorrow. I said i am ready to wait today to complete this but let us not postponed cause already the process took almost 2-1/2 weeks. He reconfirmed this will be an normal telephonic talk & will take 15~20 mins and i said fine & left. Next day our main HR called me up on the scheduled time of 11:00 & explained about himself first & later asked some basic HR questions like reason for leaving the job, what are the qualities of the team, career achievements. I have just repeated the same which i have told in the 1st two rounds before hanging up he told interview is over he will discuss with hiring manager & will get back to me in a day or two.
