The second panel interview was harder, they asked many questions and some of them could be quite technical, the grill you a bit on some details and want to see the ability of analyzing problems on board. They also want people with industry background who can make quick contributions

I applied on Tuesday and received a response from the hiring manager that same afternoon. We scheduled a 30-minute interview for Wednesday, which went very well. To my surprise, I received a verbal offer on Thursday. The entire process moved incredibly quickly, going from application to offer in just three days.
