Offered the job on the spot at the end of first interview. Was not requested to perform any kind of aptitude testing nor asked to provide professional references. Was not given a rundown on the organizational structure, software used, or expectancy to work more than 40 hours per week.
Reached out by phone call and make the appointment, but suddenly change the date, so need double confirm with them before have interview.

I have the 1st round interview (around 20 mins) with HR asking basic interview questions. Then, I have the 2nd round interview (around 1 hour) with the department manager based in Singapore

I have been referred by internal employe and shortlisted for the interview process, there were 3 rounds of interview reverse the ladder. First round was with the Snr Manger from the Headquarters, 2nd with local Snr manager and last was with Operational manager. I cleared all the rounds with positive feedback but its been 2 months since I received the feedback from any of the HR team. Even after regular follow ups they just left it in the middle of the ocean.
