The interview process took less than 2 weeks. I had 3 interviews including recruiter, one online technical and one 4hr panel interview onsite.
The technical questions are very easy, Coding challenges literally from Chackerank for 10 points. All resolved.
I got rejected for “concerns about the pace of the culture and kind of how we move here”. I asked to many questions about the work environment and what keeps that in the company. All I got is “I learned a lot here”. Also I was concerned that 150 people working in one room, it was very crowded and noisy.
If you look at the LinkedIn you’ll see that the most at the people are just graduated or from some boot camp. So they don’t really care about technical part, more to know if you ready to work hard, 50hrs minimum. So if you want to pass, you have to show that you’ll be working harder and longer.
