The interviewer was not very professional, and I don't expect much from Applebees, but she looked like she hadn't showered or slept in days and slouched over and acted like she was frustrated I was there. Another server came over and said she didn't know why I was there interviewing because there's not enough hours for them all anyways

If I had experience and what kind of hours I wanted
“The interview process typically starts with an application review, followed by an interview with the manager to assess customer service skills, availability, and experience. Successful candidates may then proceed to onboarding and training.”
Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
