The interview process is a piece of cake. They usually need people because turnover is so high, so basically anyone can and will be hired. They ask you simple questions about customer service and handling multiple tables at once. There is no way to not get hired unless your availability doesn't match what they need at that time, or you present yourself poorly (ie. unprofessional clothing, poor attitude, use of inappropriate language, etc.)

Starting with the application it was a little fishy because they set my interview before I even filled out an application just for the application to be barely existing. They then canceled my interview 2 hours before it started with no ability to reschedule.
Alright overall pretty good but definitely be prepared to conduct yourself in a positive light and don't forget to smile. Standard interview protocols do apply to teenagers as well but you'll be fine if you prepare

Normal process. In person interview, just be yourself and you will get the job if you know what you are doing. Applebees is the best. They want the best of the best servers working for them.
