45min interview. At beginning just basic introduction about the team, and asked about what my area is. But after that, the guy kept asking me questions that I don't have experience with while ignoring I told that I am not a guy worked in that area. So I am guessing they hire people based on what they need but not what you are good at and can contribute. Also I asked how they grow people, but seems they don't have plan.

The interviewer's call arrived late. So the interview didn't last 30min as scheduled. Asked me some questions on CPU optimization techniques and basics of Verilog. I didn't do very well on that. The interviewer was not friendly.
