Standard process was followed with difficult questions. Hiring team consisted of 3 profiessional team members who posed several chalenges and checked good understanding of the eco systems in the country and the region.
Quite in depth process involving at least 5 rounds across culture fit, performance, and case studies. Recruiter, hiring manager, 2 peers, and final senior executive. Total process time was 3 months.

First call is with a recruiter who does a screening. Very straight forward and easy. Next call was with a hiring manager who rescheduled twice and was 10 minutes late to our interview. Wasn't a great experience as he looked disinterested and distracted the whole time. Spent half the already shorted interview explaining and the role and left me no time to answer any questions or ask any questions.
