Entrevista
Passed Phase 1 Virtual interview. In this phase there was about 16 candidates which were broken down into private groups of 4 ( One Recruiter and Three Candidates). They asked my group Five Questions ( Don’t remember them all ). All fairly easy questions.
The Second interview was in person with one manager and two candidates per interview.. Sadly, I didn’t pass the second interview. I personally feel that this specific hiring manager I dealt with was flirting with the female candidate and I knew it was game over.

Tell me about a time where you went above and beyond for a customer.
There are three separate phases, the phases are each conducted virtually and you have autonomy to schedule at a convenient day and time. There is someone that assist you through the entire process.
it was quite an easy process, in a group interview style, basic behavioural qustions were asked, they looked out for an outgoing personality, concise answers and overall a smooth process held over zoom

Tell me about a time you realised you made a mistake
4 interview processes that began as a group interview at a hotel and then smaller interviews at the store's location as you move along through the interview process. Fairly straight forward process but no offer received. Wasn't given a reason as to why I didn't move forward but I thought the interview went well.
