Entrevista
Initial phone screen interview asking general questions about yourself, followed by two group interviews with situational questions based on past experiences. I went through this process twice, getting farther the second time around but to no offer.

Describe a stressful situation and how you handled it
There are three separate phases, the phases are each conducted virtually and you have autonomy to schedule at a convenient day and time. There is someone that assist you through the entire process.
it was quite an easy process, in a group interview style, basic behavioural qustions were asked, they looked out for an outgoing personality, concise answers and overall a smooth process held over zoom

Tell me about a time you realised you made a mistake
4 interview processes that began as a group interview at a hotel and then smaller interviews at the store's location as you move along through the interview process. Fairly straight forward process but no offer received. Wasn't given a reason as to why I didn't move forward but I thought the interview went well.
