The interview felt positive! The hiring manager seemed impressed with my customer service experience. I could tell they value problem-solving and communication, which I confidently showcased. Their passion for their company was contagious, and I felt my own enthusiasm shine through. While some technical questions challenged me, I remained calm and used my critical thinking skills.
