Very Nice, and a very kind and respectful person interviewing me. The interview took about 30 minutes. There were some difficult question that I had to think a lot about but all in all it was a good experience
many steps 3, in different languages, first in English, then Spanish and then back to English, also had to do a background check. the job was not clear until I passed all the interviews
HR reach out for quick interview and then one interview with 2 TLs, mostly about behaviour and how to take action when encounter difficulties or when SOP is vague. quite easy

Asked some cultural awareness and language fluency question. Phone screening, video interview recording, video interview and finally come to assessment test. The entire process finished and awarded within 1 month plus.
