Lots of interviews in a single day with multiple engineers and teams. Networking event as well to meet other candidates and the recruiters. Lots of technical questions to understand ability.
Several layers of interviews beginning with HR, individual, panel, and presentation. There was nothing special or different than many companies are now using - the process takes over a month.

Two half hour phone interviews and then a full day of interviews with 6-10 people in person. Some were with 2 people and some were 1:1. One guy just gave me a tour because he knew how long those days were and he just wanted to give me a chance to get some air and exercise.

6 separate rounds each with a different stakeholder. Each focused on a different component of program management with a heavy emphasis on culture fit. The process was easy but very exhausting given the number of interviews.
