Three rounds, first round was phone interview with recruiter, second was with the hiring manager, last round is on-site, full day, 8 to 10 people, 30 minutes to 45 minutes each. Lunch was provided.

Interviewer and Recruiter were all friendly. Quickly received a call after first interview saying "thank you for applying but we had another internal candidate in the pipeline for strong consideration"
Felt like I was pulled in to fill in on an interview as a formality. A bit annoyed if this is the actual case

Phone interview with Recruiter. Then Phone interview with HM, which I failed to clear. Mostly he asked behavioral and current job related questions. Review JD very closely. I was asked several follow up questions as well.
