The interview process starts on-line. Nothing really special. The interviews were done over a 2 week period. Instead of the managers asking me questions it was all left up to me. They wanted me to drive the interview and basically show them why I was interested in working at the Apple Store and what I would bring to the team, that someone else could not.

This is really a breeze. Just don't embarrass yourself, come off as knowledgeable and at ease. Dress better than your peers (they say "business casual"... show up in at LEAST khaki's, a button up shirt and tie). Questions included: "Describe a time you went above and beyond to serve a customer and took initiative." "Tell me about yourself" (Don't talk about where you were born and your family and such here, talk about your education/work experience) BTW, this review represents the FIRST interview, I am going in for the second interview this afternoon.
