I had three rounds of interviews for the position. they were all fairly simple. I got a verbal offer but the offer was too late. A lot of miscommunication between recruiters and project managers. They didn't understand the hiring requirement and went back and forth on extending the offer for the Spring semester. Finally, they never extended a written offer
