University on-campus recruiting event had multiple engineers from different groups to talk to. A couple groups gave me an interview screening interviews and I got an onsite from those. The onsite consisted of 8 separate interviews from 45min to 1.5hrs and included a lunch interview.
It was straight forward for NCG role as i am a new grad so HR was really helpful and overall it is a great experience i just attended one round and got rejected
the interview flow is mainly technological, and is consisted by the following steps:
1. HR call
2. manager call
3. 3-hour interview (led by engineers)
4. 3-hour interview (led by staff)
5. contract
