Long process. The initial recruiter screening, a follow up interview, then a video interview with hiring managers. Went smoothly at first, but recruiter made it clear she didn't care. I feel like this was due to the sheer number of applicants. Interview questions were standard for the position.

The interview for me consisted of a phone call, a virtual Zoom interview, and and in person interview with two managers at the Austin campus. The phone interview was just to inform me of the opportunity and what to expect next, and the Zoom meeting felt like a pre-screening for the in person interview. The in-person interview consisted of technical and personality type questions. They are more concerned with customer service than technical skills for these positions. You will be trained on the technical side. The whole process took about 2 months from the initial call to the job offer.
