Applied online then after a few months got an email from a hiring rep to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went on for about 30 mins asking the usual question eg. Why do you want to work for apple? What's your favorite app? Then a few weeks later, I got an email to attend a group interview. The group interview was done in a hotel downtown. Then another 1:1 interview with 2 managers

All the four rounds was quiet simple and productive
The last round was to be in contact aith the team and the manager in the team and discuss about the work culture
the interview was multiple rounds, including a phone screen, potential group interview, and one or two face-to-face interviews with store leadership, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and cultural fit.

First stage was a brief phone interview with someone from headquarters in Cupertino, the second stage was a group video interview with other candidates and a local store manager via Webex.
