Entrevista
The process was pretty straightforward. I first spoke with a recruiter who asked about my background, why I was interested in Apple, and what kind of sales/accounts I had worked on before. After that I had a call with the hiring manager, which was more focused on how I manage a pipeline, build relationships with customers, and handle sales targets.
The last round was with a couple people from the team. They asked mostly behavioral questions and a few situational ones, like how I would deal with a difficult client or grow an existing account. Nothing felt unfair, but they definitely wanted specific examples instead of general answers. The process took a few weeks overall, and there were some gaps between updates, but everyone I spoke with was professional.

Typical questions, however, they did add in a few problem solving and quick on your feet type questions. One of which was subjective and an answer cannot be determined based on the information provided.

Long and slow process. Gender discrimination, all focus lies on hiring females. Interview panels with pre-decided questions. Slow and confusing communication from the international recruiting team. Often already decided who (since a few years back women only) will receive the job and the process with several candidates is only for show.
