I had 2 interviews and 1 assignment interview. The first two were skype interviews. The first one was with the manager, the second one with a team member and the last one with a group of people (4 or 5 I couldn't count everybody).
The first with the manager was a resume-interview. So I explained what I did before and we had a general discussion about Applause and what we both were looking for. I enjoyed that one as the manager made me feel comfortable all the time, he seemed a nice guy.
On the second one I spoke with a software engineer on the team. It was more technical-focused, and after talking he asked me a few questions about js. They ended up sending me an assignment to do. It wasn't complex, but it had its tricky parts I'd say.
The last round was with a group of people. I had to explain how I did the assignment and they were asking questions about it. I don't know if it was because it was a skype with so many people but I didn't feel comfortable at all during the interview. The sound was pretty bad... I guess a skype-interview with a group it's not the best thing to do...
