I got to know about Applaud through a recruitment agency. Two rounds of interview happened. 1st round - It was a face to face group interview ( 3 persons interviewed me) where I was tested on all areas like Algo & DS, Programming languages, Databases, Networks, Latest technologies. It was a good experience and lasted for an hour. 2nd round - It was a skype interview. I was asked questions at a higher level like Architecting a Distributed system. Interviewers were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was selected and got the offer letter next day after these 2 rounds. The entire process took only 3 days.
