Standard process (HR phone screen > technical round > virtual on-site). technical rounds focused on knowledge of software testing and some practice scenarios so doing some research on the company and having a good understanding of the product helps.
The 1st round was an online proctored test. It contained Essay, coding questions and MCQ. The essay was about any application and describing its testing features. MCQ mostly had aptitude and qualtiy regarding questions.
