The process started with talking to a recruiter who was very friendly and provided some very valuable information and insight. The first official interview was a phone interview with someone that would have been my colleague/equal. A week or so later, I had an interview with 3 more folks, each was about 30 minutes - the person I would report to, that persons boss, amd an executive in a different department.
