The interview process was very easy. It consisted of a phone call. I was asked questions about my previous experience. The call lasted 5 minutes. By the end of the call I was told that I had the job. After that I was told that I would be invited to a video induction which would explain how the company works and how to book shifts using the company's app.
Quick and efficient. I was referred through a friend, so was a quick process. Required a CV, and proof of identity. No actual interview or phone call was required, all processes were done over email.
