First off, they were really on time—starting the interview 5 minutes earlier than planned, which was great. They were also well-prepared, with questions that were clear and organized. All the questions made sense for the job and gave me plenty of time to answer. Overall, it felt like a smooth and respectful process.

Step 1: Submit the application form and upload the resume
Step 2: Get shortlisted and get an online Aptitude and Communication Skill test link
Step 3: After getting reviewed and passed, get an online Technical exam (MCQ-based)
Step 4: After getting past step 3, get a live interview with multiple interviewers and do live coding challenges
Step 5: Get the result and proceed from here with HR

Initial interview will be technical It was very friendly and not intimidating and questions are more focus on the fundamentals this last for about an hour. Second was HR interview i'm glad that HR here was really understanding. In the end I didn't accept the offer it was too low compare to my current salary.
