Received an email 2 months after applying that they would like a phone interview with HR. The phone interview went very well and she asked a week later for an in person interview. The in person interview had 3 parts. The first part was about 20 minutes and with HR. She just went over benefits with me. The other 2 were each about 45 minutes and were with different managers. The first with the new product manager and the second was a sustaining manager. Both interviews were very similar and went very well. At the end, the sustaining manager told me “We have a few more interviews to do this week, but we will for sure let you know if we want you or not. We aren’t one of those companies to leave you hanging.” Well, almost 2 months later and multiple emails, phone calls, and messages, I have not received any notice that they would be moving on. I assuming they are, but it is quite pathetic they would lie like that. My friend that got offered this position was offered only $52,000. This is also extremely sad and I wouldn’t have accepted that anyways. Only interview here if you really need experience/no one else wants you/you really want to live in Fargo.
