When I was interviewed, they took 6 rounds of interview. Each round either it is technical or management related and took 20 days of process. HR informed I cleared the Interview Finally they gave a salary split up but never called back for offer letter. which seems to be a bad approach from the company. They did not even have courtesy to call back to inform that they were not willing to take a employee. They wasted their time and my time.
