After phone screen, I met the entire team at coffee shop for an additional screening. The next step I was given a design challenge to create a mock view of a user completing a purchase in responsive HTML. Final step was a 1:1 with CEO to discuss any questions I had before being given offer. Salary was discussed only at this point which was very refreshing.
