Had an initial phone screen after which was called onsite. During phone interview was asked basic coding questions and a bit of databases. For onsite I had a very bad experience. Initially I was treated well when I got in. HR representative took me to the interview room. My first interview went well. Was asked a basic coding question about subset. But was drilled a lot on my approach. But I got a working solution so that was fine. Then for my second interview I was asked a similar question related to substrings. This one went ok. After that I had a break & then I was supposed to have 3 more interviews aafter this. But suddenly someone from HR came into the interview room and told me on my face that the reviews were not that positive and they dont think I'm a good fit. This is so unprofessional. The interviewers dint even bother to look at my resume nor did they even ask about my background or experience. Jumped straight to coding question and seemed very busy. I found the whole process very unprofessional. The interviewee also takes out time from his/her busy schedule and their time also must be respected. Rejecting someone should be done in a very professional manner and not this way. The interviewers were not interested in knowing about the candidates background and the HR was very unprofessional.

Entrevista
Painfully boring and lengthy phone call. This was not an interview, it was an interrogation. Seriously one of the most boring phone calls I've ever had. The hiring manager seemed like he'd never done an interview in his life.

Entrevista
One phone screen interview and 4 on-site interviews (coding, algorithm oriented & behavioral). Interviews were of average difficulty but dealt a lot with optimized algorithm oriented. Friendly visit to the office, stocked kitchens/cafeteria - Had a fun day interviewing!

Entrevista
It was a phone screen. I talked to a technical guy, who asked a few reasonable questions. He was polite and patient. I managed to answer the questions. There was also a coding part, which I screwed up -- made a few mistakes on the way. Not to sound like an excuse, but it is probably because it was my first time coding on a white board.
The man was patient and helpful. Seems that it is no so bad, when you know how to approach it and usually they help you a bit, because it seems they are also human, not acting like robots.
Maybe because of these mistakes I did not get to the next stage, but it is a good lesson for md too -- need to practice apparently.
