I had a phone interview where I was asked a few technical question, followed by some vapid corporate questions such as "which content marketing agencies do you follow". Seriously, who follows companies like feedly in their free time? I have a life. Nonetheless, I seemed to have passed it because they sent me an assignment afterwards. I have to write a blog post and create a content distribution plan. The assignment, itself, wasn't difficult but it was very time consuming for someone like me, that works full-time. After submitting it, I was rejected one week later. When I asked for feedback on what I can improve, I was ignored by the HR person. I would NOT recommend applying to this company. I wasted my time on their assignment. The least they could have done is give me some feedback.
